- All items must have been paid for prior to being sent to the address provided by the buyer.
- Seababes also accepts payment by online credit card payments, mail order and telephone orders.
Order and Payment Options
- Mail orders can be sent to the address listed on our 'contact us' web page.
- Phone Orders and payment by telephone should be directed to (03) 52541444.
- Or you can buy direct from our website at www.seababes.com.au
- Returns and exchanges of current online purchases can be made via mail or at our store within 14 days.
- Sale items purchased CANNOT be exchanged and will not be refunded unless proven faulty.
- Faulty Items or Requests for Exchange should be directed to (03)52541444 or mel@seababes.com.au.
Gift Vouchers
Let someone special choose just the right gift with a Seababes Gift Voucher. Click on the "Gift Vouchers" button at the top right of the page to order your Gift Voucher. Gift vouchers can be purchased as any other item. By mail, telephone or through our website. They will be sent accordingly, and have a $2 freight charge. Please note that currently Gift Vouchers can only be purchased within Australia. They are not redeemable for cash and are valid for 12 months.

Please note that we will not accept orders via email as your credit card information will not be encrypted and thus not be in a secure mode of transmission. If you are concerned about ordering electronically, alternatively you can call us at (03) 52541444 to make a phone order or place an order and pay by check or money order.
Unavailable stock
If the desired colour/size combination of the style you wish to purchase is not mentioned, then we have sold out. However, if we hope to have future deliveries of this product there is wording to indicate this.
If the style has completely sold out without us expecting further stock then a message will appear saying 'Sorry, sold out please try another'.
It is possible that an item you purchase on this site is not in stock. We are truly sorry if any items you wish to purchase are not in stock. One of our Seababes staff members will contact you immediately.
If for any reason we are unable to fill your order we will gladly refund.
